AI marketing workspace for Australian local and service businesses

Your marketing, planned, made, and checked.

Evolamate learns your business, plans campaigns, and writes and designs posts for each of your channels — with your own photos if you want them. You approve everything. Facebook and Instagram publish automatically; the rest are prepared for you.

Free. No card. Nothing is published without your approval.

Evolamate's dashboard Overview, showing a real business's morning summary: six posts ready for review and a getting-started checklist

You know you should be posting. You don't have the hour.

So it slides. Then it's been three weeks. Meanwhile the business down the road turns up in every local search — not because their posts are brilliant, but because they exist.

Evolamate takes the weekly job off your plate without taking the decisions off you. It plans, writes, and designs; you say yes or no.

Before you decide anything, see what it already knows

Give Evolamate your website and it reads it — properly, not just the home page — then tells you what it thinks you do, where you work, and how you sound. That's your Business Brief, and it's what every post is built from.

  • Your services, products and service area
  • Your tone, and the phrases your business actually uses
  • The page on your site each confident conclusion came from
  • Anything it couldn't confirm, marked as unconfirmed

You'll need an email address and your website. We don't ask for a card, and generating content is the part you pay for later.

Understand first

Understand first. Create second.

Most AI writing tools start with a blank prompt. Evolamate starts with your business.

1

It reads your website

Every page it can reach, not just the front one — it follows your sitemap and respects your robots.txt.

2

It works out what you do

Your services, your products, the suburbs you actually cover, and who you're talking to.

3

It works out how you sound

Your tone, the phrases you use, and the things you lead with — so posts read like you wrote them.

4

It tells you what it's unsure about

Anything it couldn't confirm is marked as unconfirmed rather than stated as fact. You correct it once and it remembers.

Emergency plumbing, hot water systems, gas fitting

“24/7 emergency plumbing across Parramatta and the Hills District — hot water, gas fitting and blocked drains.”

yourbusiness.com.au/services

An illustration of the format — Evolamate doesn't check a claim like this against anything else, and a page can change after it's read. That's the point of showing you the source: anything wrong is yours to correct in seconds, and correcting it never costs anything.

From your website to a published post

How it actually works

Real screens from the real application — a disposable demo business, not customer data.

1

Tell it about your business

Your website and a few details. Evolamate reads it properly — every page it can reach — and works out your services, tone, and service area.

2

Plan a campaign, or let it run weekly

Give a campaign a goal and a theme, and every post it creates works toward it — with a real calendar showing what's prepared, approved, and published.

3

It writes for each channel, separately

Not one caption pasted three times — Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile each get their own version, with an image generated to match.

4

Use a real photo of your own work instead

Upload photos from a job, a product, or your shopfront. Choose one instead of a generated image any time you create a post — Evolamate composites your logo onto it.

5

You approve everything

Every draft waits for you. Unsupported claims — a specific price, a guarantee, a promised time slot — are flagged before you can approve it, not after.

6

It publishes where it can, prepares the rest

Facebook and Instagram publish automatically once you approve. Google Business Profile, LinkedIn and X are prepared for you to post — see Channels below for exactly which is which.

What it actually writes

Real captions, from a real batch

Written by Evolamate for a demo trades business, in one real run, for this page — quoted exactly, not touched up. Notice each channel gets its own version, not one caption copied three times.

Google Business Profile

Parramatta homeowners, we're starting to see those crisp autumn mornings. There's still time to upgrade your hot water system before the real cold hits. Riverside Plumbing & Gas can help with installation and repair right across the area. Get in touch for a quote on a new system.

Facebook

Nothing like that first cold shower to remind you winter is on its way. If your hot water's been playing up, now's the time to sort it out before the temperature really drops. We can help with a new installation or a simple fix to keep things running smoothly.

Instagram

Icy morning showers? Not this winter. We'll get your hot water sorted so you can stay warm without the shock.

This particular batch didn't produce images before this page was published — a real gap we're still tracking down, not concealed here. Every post normally comes with a generated image; see the real Content Studio screen above for how that's reviewed.

Why it's different

What you're actually paying for

Grounded in your real business

Every post comes from what Evolamate actually learned from your website and what you've told it — not a generic prompt with your business name dropped in.

A caption and a branded image, together

Every post gets its own generated visual with your logo composited on — not text alone, and not a stock photo standing in for your business.

Your own photos, when you want them

Upload real photos of your work and use them instead of a generated image, any time.

Written per channel, not copy-pasted

Facebook, Instagram and Google Business Profile each get content written for how that channel is actually used.

Campaigns, not just a weekly drip

Give a campaign a goal, and the posts it creates work toward it in sequence, on one calendar.

Unsupported claims get flagged

A specific price, a guarantee, a promised appointment time — if it isn't something you've told Evolamate is true, it's surfaced for you to check before you approve, not published quietly.

You stay in control

Nothing goes public until you say so

You approve every post

Every draft waits for you to approve, edit, or skip. This is fixed for every business and can't be turned off.

Unsupported claims are flagged before you approve

A specific price, a guarantee, a promised time slot, a claimed credential — if it isn't something in your Business Brief, Evolamate surfaces it for you to check rather than publishing it quietly.

It flags what it isn't sure about

If Evolamate isn't confident a name or place is right, it says so on the post instead of guessing.

It tells you when it can't confirm

If a Page or Profile doesn't confirm a post went out, Evolamate says it couldn't confirm rather than reporting success it can't prove — and asks you to check before anything is retried.

Channels

What actually publishes, and what doesn't

Five channels, each described honestly — two post automatically, three are prepared for you. We'd rather say that clearly than list ten we can't really deliver.

Facebook

Once you approve a post, Evolamate publishes it — straight away or on the day you scheduled.

Publishes automatically

Instagram

Through the same Facebook Page connection. No separate login.

Publishes automatically

Google Business Profile

Evolamate writes the post and prepares the image; you publish it yourself. Google hasn't granted us the API access to publish there, and we can't say when or whether it will.

Prepared for you to post

LinkedIn

Turn it on and Evolamate writes native LinkedIn posts with every batch — copy the caption, download the image, and post it yourself. No account connection needed.

Prepared for you to post

X

Turn it on and Evolamate writes native X posts with every batch — copy the caption, download the image, and post it yourself. No account connection needed.

Prepared for you to post

No other platform is supported beyond the five above. Evolamate is built for one business, run by its owner — not for agencies, franchises, or multi-location groups.

Replying to comments and messages, and seeing what happened

We've built the ability to see and reply to comments and messages on your Facebook and Instagram posts — with Evolamate able to suggest a reply that you review and send yourself — plus a results view showing how your posts performed. It isn't available to customers yet: Meta requires an approval process before any app can do this on real customer accounts, and that approval is still pending on Meta's side. We'd rather tell you honestly than advertise something you can't use yet.

One plan, one price — pick the size that fits your business.

One Content Idea can be adapted for every channel you've enabled — a marketing concept and a generated image, written natively for each destination. Idea-based pricing means your bill scales with how much content you actually create, not with how many channels you turn on.

Questions people actually ask

Will it actually sound like my business?

Read the Business Brief before you pay anything — it's free, and it's Evolamate telling you what it thinks you do and how you sound. If that doesn't read like your business, don't buy it. If something's wrong, correct it; corrections never cost anything and every post afterwards is better for it.

What if it posts something wrong?

It can't. Nothing is published without your approval, and that isn't a setting you can accidentally turn off. Every post waits for you to approve, edit, or skip it. If a caption states something Evolamate can't confirm — a specific price, a guarantee, a promised time — it's flagged for you to check before you can approve it.

Which platforms does it actually post to?

Facebook and Instagram, automatically, once you approve. Google Business Profile posts are written and prepared for you to publish yourself — Google hasn't granted us the API access to post there, and we won't pretend otherwise. You can also turn on LinkedIn and X: Evolamate writes native posts for both with every batch, prepared the same way for you to copy and post yourself. No other platform is supported.

What are campaigns?

A campaign is a run of posts working toward one goal, in an order that makes sense — instead of a stream of unrelated weekly posts. You give it a name and a theme, Evolamate plans the sequence, and you approve each post individually before it goes anywhere.

Can I use my own photos instead of AI-generated images?

Yes. Upload photos of your work, your products, or your business from Your Photos, and choose one instead of a generated image whenever you create a post. Evolamate composites your logo onto it the same way it does for a generated image.

What happened to Customer Engagement and Results?

They're built and working — replying to Facebook/Instagram comments and messages, and seeing how your posts performed. We're not offering them to customers yet: Meta requires an approval process (App Review) before any app can do this on a real customer's account, and that's still pending on Meta's side, not ours. We'd rather tell you that plainly than advertise something you can't use yet.

How do I know it isn't making things up about my business?

It works from your real website and is instructed to leave a field empty rather than invent one. It shows you the page each confident conclusion came from, and it won't quietly rewrite your business name or a place name.

Is my business used to train an AI model?

No. Not your business details, not your website, not the content generated for you. Never.

What happens if I cancel?

You cancel yourself, any time, and access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. Your content stays yours, and you can delete everything — account included — whenever you want.

Do I need to be technical?

An email address and your website address. Connecting Facebook is the fiddliest part and it's a few clicks. Connecting an account never publishes anything on its own.
